BACKGROUND TO ROE VALLEY
The practice was owned by John McGrath for many years before he retired from general practice to take up a desk job in the Department of Health in Northern Ireland. It was then briefly acquired by Martin Reid for a few years until Dr Winifred P McLaughlin purchased it in April of 2006.
Dr McLaughlin had been working in the practice for the previous three and a half years before ownership. This has allowed her to develop and get to know the patients and the practice very well. Previous
